3. Repairs & Warranty

  • Repair services come with a specific warranty period consisting of labor and parts.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage occurring after the repair.
  • We are not responsible for data loss. Please backup your data before submitting a device for repair.

4. Returns & Exchange

Products once sold can only be exchanged within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is found. Original packaging and bill are mandatory for exchange. No cash refunds.
